The Ristorante Al Bosco is completely in the mountain spirit, casual with a certain alpine chic. In winter you can ski-in and ski-out, and during the summer, the terrace’s location in the middle of the hiking area attracts sun-lovers and Matterhorn fans alike.
Ristorante Al Bosco is dedicated to Italian and Swiss Alpine cuisine. Ingredients are sourced as much as possible from the region and from producers in Switzerland and Italy. On the menu you will find uncomplicated Italian classics such as pasta and risotto, daily changing specials and of course the tiramisu – which is not to be missed.
Highlights such as the Matterhorn pizza and the Riffelalp "Gamelle", a hearty soup with spinach, potatoes, leeks, pasta and cheese with a long Swiss tradition, are legendary.

During the summer months, the fondue and raclette variations from the Walliserkeller are served in the Ristorante Al Bosco.
