Take a few diligent laps or simply float back and relax as you enjoy the warm wood panelling and floor-to-ceiling windows that house our indoor pool (11,2 × 7,7 m, 1,38 m deep). Warmed to a refreshing 30°C (86°F).
Steam bath
Deep breaths
Feel your pores tingle with delight in this invigorating 45°C (113°F) steam bath. In 100% humidity, your muscles will unclench, your skin will become dewy and you’ll breathe more deeply. Walk out in a cloud of steam glowing from scalp to toe.

Cocoon yourself in the sensory world of our grotto as the saline water eases your joints and your airways are soothed to the soft splash of tumbling water. In this cave-like inner sanctuary, the atmosphere is one of absolute serenity.
Finnish sauna
An alpine ritual
Desert-dry and timber-scented, our Finnish sauna reaches soaring temperatures of 85-90°C (185-194°F) to increase circulation, ease stiffness and support absolute detox. Feel renewed, cleansed and yes, perhaps just a little bit sweaty.
