After a long, active day on the mountain or a demanding detox in the spa, you’ll have worked up a healthy appetite. Allow us to rise to the challenge.
In our elegant restaurant space, you can linger over Swiss and local cuisine, with seasonal ingredients plucked directly from the surrounding pastures, lakes and soil. From alpine salmon to bison entrecôte, it’s mountain food you’ll want to take your time over.
Heavy linen tablecloths, soft lighting and traditional wood panelling set the scene, but our diners all tend to focus on just one thing: the ever-present Matterhorn, framed just outside.
A deftly selected wine list and sinful dessert buffet await, and you’ll find the service is always personal.
