Ristorante Al Bosco brings together the spirit of Italianità and the freshness of Swiss alpine ingredients. Revel in the deceptive simplicity of Matterhorn pizzas, silky pasta and risotto, or explore a menu of daily specials that showcase pristine Swiss produce, from delicate seabass to exquisitely seared steak.
On a sunny day, with mountain air in your lungs and a glass of wine in hand, you couldn't want for anything more... except perhaps a slab of the tiramisu for dessert.
