Restaurant Walliserkeller

Steal away to our charming Alpine restaurant, Walliserkeller. It’s open exclusively during the winter months to welcome guests in search of comfort food and conviviality.

A cosy, barrel-vaulted dining room illuminated by soft candlelight sets the scene. Pull up a hand-carved wooden chair and prepare to indulge in the heartiest Swiss cuisine.

Begin with a warming bowl of soup, graze our buffet of appetisers or surrender to the temptation of freshly melted raclette or fondue. You could even try for a record number of portions: we’re always looking for a new Raclette champion to make history!

Then, the main event: a mouthwatering selection of fire-kissed dishes, from lamb entrecôte and aromatic fillet of beef to juicy spareribs or succulent fish. Our maître can recommend the exact wine to pair with your selection.

When the mood is set for indulgence, it would be remiss not to finish as you began - with comforting apple strudel, Toblerone fondue or a scoop of creamy ice-cream.

Round off your evening with a game of bowling – our alley is right next door and for just CHF 10 you can enjoy a 30-minute game.
