Award-winning chef Luigi Lafranco has always shared a special connection with the Riffelalp. After beginning his journey here as sous-chef, he went on to lead the kitchens of some of Switzerland's most respected five-star hotels, earning up to 15 GaultMillau points for his refined yet approachable cuisine.
Returning to the Riffelalp felt like coming home. Here, surrounded by the peaks of the Alps and close to his Piedmont roots, he brings together Italian warmth, Swiss precision and the finest seasonal ingredients to create dishes that are both elegant and deeply rooted in the region.
Across every restaurant, Luigi's philosophy remains the same: honest flavours, exceptional produce and memorable moments shared around the table.
